How to stay fit

As we are nomads, we are travelling all the time. We don't stay at the same place very long. So we naturally have a good condition, because walking through the desert isn't a piece of cake. From a young age we learn to be quite active and by moving around we grow muscles that other people perhaps never develop. In this workshop we will teach you five principles that we live by to stay fit. Oh, and the theory that you will we receive, will be immediately put into practice as we have some sporty activities plannend.
